Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) & Sustainability Policy

Adopting an ESG & Sustainability Policy is central to our mission. We use FSC-certified materials and recycled content for green printing in the UAE.

1. Environmental Commitment (The Green Printing Initiative)

At Art for Printing Industry, we integrate sustainability into every stage of our production cycle through four main pillars:

A. Sustainable Raw Materials (Paper & Substrates):

  • Eco-Friendly Selection: We prioritize FSC-certified (Forest Stewardship Council) papers, ensuring they come from responsibly managed forests.
  • Recycled Content: We offer a wide range of 100% recycled paper and board options for packaging and stationery.

. Advanced Ink Technology:

  • Non-Toxic Printing: We utilize HP Latex Inks, which are water-based, odorless, and UL ECOLOGO® and UL GREENGUARD GOLD Certified. They do not produce Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAPs).
  • Sustainability in Color: Our Xerox Iridesse and Epson SureColor systems use high-efficiency dry inks and eco-solvent inks that reduce chemical waste and improve recyclability.

C. Energy Efficiency & Machinery:

  • Precision Technology: Our factory is equipped with latest-generation machinery (Xerox, HP, Epson) designed with energy-saving modes that significantly reduce electricity consumption during standby and operation.
  • Digital Transformation: By utilizing a 100% Digital Workflow, we eliminate the need for printing plates and chemical processing used in traditional offset printing, leading to zero chemical effluent.

D. Waste Management & Circular Economy:

  • Active Recycling: We have a strict internal policy for segregating waste (Paper, Acrylic, and Plastics). All production off-cuts are collected and sent to certified UAE recycling facilities.
  • Ink & Cartridge Disposal: We participate in “take-back” programs for depleted ink cartridges and toner bottles to ensure they are processed environmentally.

2. Social Responsibility

  • Safe Operations: We maintain a rigorous Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocol at our Abu Dhabi and Dubai facilities.
  • National Contribution: With a verified ICV score of 51.17%, we are committed to supporting the UAE’s local economy and industrial self-sufficiency.
