2. Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC) Policy

  • Zero Tolerance: We maintain a zero-tolerance strictly prohibiting any form of bribery or corruption. No employee or representative shall offer, give, solicit, or accept any bribe, kickback, or improper payment.
  • Gifts and Hospitality: Employees are prohibited from accepting gifts or hospitality that could influence, or be perceived to influence, business decisions.
  • Compliance: We comply strictly with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 31 of 2021 (the Crimes and Penalties Law) regarding anti-bribery.

3. Anti-Fraud Policy

  • Prevention & Detection: We are committed to protecting our assets and reputation from fraud. We utilize integrated internal controls within our Odoo ERP system to ensure accurate financial reporting, audit trails, and segregation of duties.
  • Reporting: Any suspicion of fraudulent activity (including theft, embezzlement, or falsification of records) must be reported immediately to the General Manager.
  • Action: Any party involved in fraudulent acts will be subject to immediate termination and legal action.

4. Conflict of Interest Policy

  • Identification: A conflict of interest occurs when an individual’s private interests interfere, or appear to interfere, with the interests of Art for Printing Industry.
  • Disclosure: All employees and contractors are required to disclose any potential conflicts of interest, including financial interests in competitors, suppliers, or customers.
  • Resolution: The Company reserves the right to take necessary actions to mitigate any conflict to ensure that all business dealings remain objective and fair.
