GENERAL REFUND POLICY

If we ship the wrong item to you, we will replace it with the correct item or refund the purchase price and collect the incorrect item from you.

If the supplied item is defective, we will exchange it for a new one or refund the purchase price and collect the defective item.

If the supplied item is damaged during delivery, we will replace it with a new one or refund the purchase price and collect the damaged item.

All refunds will be made in AED using the original payment method used for the order.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

All our products are made to order; therefore, cancellations should be made as soon as possible after placing the order.

If your order is ready for shipping, we will only refund 80% of the order value if it is canceled.

To cancel your order or any part of it, please email shop@artprinting.ae with your order number and details of the items you wish to cancel.
PRODUCT RETURNS POLICY

As all our products are custom-made, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund if you ordered the wrong size or product.

Any request for an exchange or return is at our discretion and must be made within 7 days of delivery.

If you wish to return an item, please contact shop@artprinting.ae stating the reason for the return along with your original order number.

Custom-made and discounted items are exempt from being returned.
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item returned more than 7 days after delivery.
PRODUCT RETURN REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 3 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank.

Customers who paid by cheque or cash will be refunded within 14 days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you have done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at shop@artprinting.ae.
EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange a defective item, please email us at shop@artprinting.ae.
GIFTS
-
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver first, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
SHIPPING

To return a product, please send it to: Art for Printing, Madinat Zayed, Abu Dhabi, UAE.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
